Kenputer builds focused, cloud-native tools for everyday Confluence work: organizing pages from a console, calculating inside native tables, and previewing text replacements before they happen.
Three Confluence Cloud apps, each built for one job.
Small, sharp tools that stay honest about what they do — and what they don’t.

Shell for Confluence (Stale Pages, Page Tree, Bulk Move)
FlagshipFree
Command-line (CLI) console for cleanup: find stale or outdated pages, page tree, bulk move or copy up to 100 across spaces — Cloud 3.11.0.
Confluence CLI console: find stale or outdated pages with find -mtime (no Premium Inactive pages needed for that search), see the page tree, label, archive, bulk move or copy up to 100 pages (also across spaces), and export lists as CSV.
ls / ls -l / ls --format csv, cd, find (-mtime / -prune, page-body search)
mv / cp with named sources, */? on sources, or find pipes — up to 100; another space needs -y on mv
3.11.0: chmod applies multiple modes in a safe order (read add, update add, update remove, read remove); clearer hints when Confluence rejects a restriction change — Confluence now requires view (read) for edit (update), and you must keep yourself in the restriction.
3.10.0: help text clarified for piped cross-space find … | mv -y / | cp
New in 3.9.0: cross-space mv / cp / cp -r (mv needs -y; cp -r needs -y unless -n; plain cp does not; descendants move with the page)
New in 3.8.0: bulk label, archive (Standard+), cp -r page-tree copy, attachment sizes with du / attach find, rm several pages or find | rm (trash, max 100), find -ls / --format csv, read-only Confluence folders, and a quoted ./ path fix
mv/cp (named pages, source globs, or find pipes) within a space or across spaces (mv -y), cp -r for a page tree, bulk label, archive, and attach / du for page attachments. Not a bulk multi-select migrator.
Preview replace → Qron Search
Preview-and-replace text/URLs in page bodies. Not a path console.
Table formulas → Qron Calc
Excel-style formulas inside Confluence tables.
Copy a page tree → Shell cp -r or other tools
cp -r copies a page and its children with attachments and labels (up to 200 pages); DEST may be in another space (-y required). For bigger trees, see the Shell compare page for native copy, REST, and specialist apps.
Shell for Confluence: Command-line (CLI) console for cleanup — stale or outdated pages, page tree, and bulk move (max 100, also across spaces).

/is the site root.
/spaceNext level is spaces, including personal spaces. Archived spaces are omitted.
…/pagePages nest under pages; Confluence folders show up too (read-only). cd changes location; Tab completion and history help when the tree is deep.

ls · cd · pwd · alias
Navigate like a filesystem
List children with ls / ls -l / ls --format csv, walk the tree with cd and Tab. alias / unalias store personal shortcuts in this browser only; they cannot shadow built-in names.
find · grep · tree
Find by name or by body
Discover pages with find -name PATTERN -maxdepth N, filter by last update with find -mtime and keep top-most matches with -prune, show an ASCII page tree with tree / tree -L 2, filter path strings with find | grep, and search page bodies under a tree with find … -exec grep.
mv · cp
Named multi-page mv / cp
Several named sources, wildcards on source paths, or find -name PATTERN | mv DEST — one destination parent, up to 100 sources (a cross-space mv needs -y; cp does not). Partial failures keep the successes.
find · mv
Move selected pages to another parent
Up to 100 pages, in the same space or into another space (mv -y). Find by name or last update, then change the parent. Not find-and-replace. Marketplace · How-to.
less · wc · sort · checkout
Page through output, restore versions
Pipe listings through less, wc, sort, head, and tail. Interrupt a long find with Escape or Ctrl+C. Look at page history and bring back an earlier version with checkout / restore.
label · archive · du
Clean up stale pages and attachments
Tag stale pages with find -mtime +365 -prune | label add needs-review -y, send them to Confluence native archive with | archive -n then -y (Standard plan or above; up to 100), and see where large files sit with du -h and attach find -size +10M. Recipes.
rm -n · -y · find | rm
Send pages to the trash in bulk
Trash several named pages, a glob such as rm -n Draft*, or find … | rm -n — up to 100 per run, same as mv. Preview with -n, then apply with -y. Pages go to Confluence trash (no purge). Deleting a parent leaves its children, so pipe the whole tree with find PATH | rm -n.
chmod -n · -y
Explicit page restrictions
chmod sets explicit page view/edit restrictions for users and groups, with dry-run -n and confirm -y. Not Unix modes; no chown or recursive -R.

Put spreadsheet-style formulas in a standard Confluence table — no separate spreadsheet to embed. Results recalculate while you edit and in live docs, and formula results appear in Confluence PDF export.
